What is HitTrax?

HitTrax is a high-tech hitting system that turns batting practice into a game. It tracks every hit in real time—showing stats like exit velocity, distance, and launch angle—while letting you play in virtual ballparks and compete in games like Home Run Derby. Perfect for all ages and skill levels, whether you’re training, competing, or just having fun at Dingers.


How many people can be in a cage?

For safety, only one hitter at a time in the cage.

However, up to 6 people can share a booking.


Do you offer training?

Yes! We offer one-on-one training across all aspects of baseball and softball. Our trainers range from high-level men’s fastpitch players to college athletes. Check out our booking forms to get started.


Can I bring my team?

Absolutely. Teams can book indoor practices or team-building events through our group booking options.


Is Dingers just for baseball?

Not at all. Dingers is for baseball, softball, slow-pitch, and anyone who just wants to have fun. Our large cages give you space to swing freely, practice different pitch types, and enjoy a game-like experience—no matter your skill level.


Can we practice pitching?

Yes! You can book a lane to work on pitching. We provide stationary targets, and you’re welcome to bring a catcher. Catchers must wear a mask for safety.


What if I need to cancel?

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $35 fee.


Can we book Dingers for events?

Yes! We host birthday parties, team events, corporate events, and private bookings.

What equipment do I need?

Indoor or turf shoes required

(no cleats allowed)

• Catcher’s mask and glove if you’re catching

• Bats and helmets are recommended
